This brightening toner helps even out your skin tone and lighten any slight discolorations. Simply use after washing your face for bright, radiant skin. Apply to a cotton ball and rub on face — see all the residue it removes!

Made with distilled water, organic lemons, and organic witch hazel. For oily skin, rubbing alcohol can be added. Comes in a 2oz glass bottle with a metal screw top. An ingredient card and instructions are included.
